Westlake was founded in 1974 by the late Lim Tong Law. Today, the children of the late Lim Tong Law continued to run Westlake with the same strategic formula - Sichuan, Hokkien, Cantonese cuisines, serving under one roof and have managed to win a couple of Excellent Food Awards. Westlake was nominated one of the Great Tables of Singapore in year 2003. Westlake was also one of the pioneers in Outside Buffet Catering with wide variety of restaurant food menu. Today, the Catering service continued with timely delivery, quality service and good foods. At Westlake, the Motto is "Quality Foods, Warm and Friendly Service, Economical Pricing".
