We were born for the love of food, particularly Taiwanese food. The concept of Taimei are brought together by two Taiwanese sisters who are passionate foodies along with a up-and-coming Shatec graduate chef whose mission for uncompromised find food sealed the perfect partnership. With this shared love for food, this dedicated team began their journey searching far and wide for the best taiwanese food possible. Through extensive researh, planning & training in Taiwan before initially launching in October 2009, Taimei opened its first location within Bugis, one of the hippest neighbourhoods in Singapore.
