Swiss Baeckerei was created some 6 eyars ago by Beatrice, an enterprising Swiss lady who in connection with some friends, set-up shop in the eastern part of Singapore, aiming to offer a wide range of authentic and wholesome European breads, delicious pastries and cakes in a friendly & cosy environment. Soon therafter, the "Swiss Baeckerei Cafe" as also offering superb breakfasts, brunches and savoury items all-day round. Beatrice was rightly proud of running this cosy cafe-bistor while expertly preparing speciality breads and caes. A true European cafe-bistro tradition that lasts even after her death in early 2009.
