Little did Fiona knew that her search would unearth her love and creativity for dressing up cakes, far beyond the basics of baking.Her need for creating pretty cakes grew as she equipped herself with more decorating skills while attending classes at Baking Industry Training Centre (BITC).Sweet Couture was born in 2009 when Fiona decided it was time that others had the opportunity to enjoy her cakes. Then, juggling between the demands of a full time research assistant, Fiona decided to abandon her day job and concentrate fully on decorating customised cakes late 2010.
