Pets' Gantry was setup in April 2006 by husband & wife team Chua & Agnes. Being avid animal lovers, the couple persisted in their venture despite discouragement from people around who felt that they should not be taking unnecessary risk since both had stable jobs. Agnes says, "Opening a pet shop has always been my dream and my hubby helped me realise it." Chua & Agnes feel that it is necessary for a home to have at least a pet to be able to educate children to develop a sense of responsiblity in caring for the pet and also incultivate love and respect towards our pet friends. Thus, the inception of Pets' Gantry up keeps this belief. Their experience with pets are not to be overlooked. They have kept different pets including dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chickens, parrots and fishes.
