Originals opened in March 2003 in Gillman Village, Singapore. After many years sourcing furniture throughout Indonesia, Australian owner, Geri Murphy saw an opportunity to combine elements of these discoveries with the totally original pieces she discovered in the vast range of Indian carpentry styles. The aim is to create a modern living environment that can translate to any country and lifestyle. Originals is about individuality, a simple, clean, contemporary style seen in the mix of old and new teakwood furniture and the contrast of assorted materials of glass, stainless steel and iron.
