New Space Architectural and Urban Design practice was established in 2003. Its founding director Kevin Sim, previously a director with the Singapore arm of Nikken Sekkei Partnership, was partner-in-charge of Xintiandi conservation project in Shanghai, China.New Space is a boutique practice offering clients highly personalised service.
