A New Yorker with Western design sensibilities John Erdos is a self taught designer who has been in the retail furniture business based in Singapore for 17 years. His furniture is made in hos own workshop in Yogyakarta Indonesia and he sources his accessories from the region including Thailand, Indonesia and China. The result has been collection after collection of Erdos designs that are not distinctly Western or Eastern, just original Erods. The benefit of working out of multi-racial Singapore is allowing Erdos to design his furniture that compliments any gome, modern or ethnic, classical or contemporary.
