Job.Hub was set up in Oct 2005 by our founder and major shareholder, Ms Doreen, after she recognized a niche market for foreign domestic workers serving young working couples in Singapore. As an employer herself, she fully understands the needs of new employers who discover problems acclimatizing their newly hired maids, as well as acclimatizing themselves, so as to optimize the work performance of the maids. Her previous work experience in another maid agency and an uncanny gift of empathy also allows her to be closer to the maids that she deals with, enabling her to resolve any problems between maids and employers directly, and being able to promote healthy working relationships in her customers' homes.
