It all began with a couple's dream to present affordable quality Peranakan cuisine to one and all.Handed down with traditional recipes, the duo's relentless pursuit of perfecting the intricate Peranakan fare finally paid off with the initial success of its first eatery at Ladyhill Hotel in the late 70s, followed by other eateries in Normanton Park and Far East Plaza.To complement the flavorful Peranakan Cuisine, a variety of local fare was subsequently added to the menu.Backed with a strong customer following and overwhelming success of the Far East Plaza eatery, IVINS Peranakan restaurant was born.
