Inner yoga offers hatha, ashtanga, pre/post-natal yoga & pilates at a tranquil sanctuary in the city. We teach yoga at a personal level. That is, the yoga teacher gives you lots of hands-on practice, advice and adjustments within a small group (unlike big yoga centres and gyms where you do not know what you are doing is correct or wrong). Everyone grows with the practice- physically, mentally and spiritually. We value customers' feedback and aim to do whatever we can so that you may enjoy your yoga practice and tell your friends about how much yoga has benefited you.
