Peace of mind.Frankly speaking, this is more important to us than anything else and we take great pride and responsibility in ensuring this.We begin with a NEA rated "A" commercial kitchen so that our customers knows that our food is safe. It is also a nicer place to work and innovate from.Our experienced chefs ensures good food with less of the grease commonly associated with buffets.We also disagree with the idea of reheating factory sourced items. Hence most of our dishes are either created from scratch or we simply don't sell them.
