This site is inspired by a journey which I have taken to understand pain. My motivations were derived from my lifelong battle with unexplainable pain and fatigue, as well as similar journeys shared by many of the people whom I have met during this journey. While most of us have found difficulties in identifying the primary source of our pains, we have learnt that the one of the first steps to relieving our suffering is to improve something which we all take for granted ... our postures
