Dr Loke graduated from medical college in the National University of Singapore in 1981. He received his specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecology training in the University Unit and A Unit of Kandang Kerbau Hospital and the National University Hospital, and post graduate overseas training in London and Glasgow, UK. He has been Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Singapore Women's Clinic (Tampines) since 1991 and he also practices at East Shore Hospital, Thomson Medical Centre and Mount Alvernia Hospital.
