Baked and Eaten was born when charmaine stumbled back into one of her nearly forgotten passion - working with her hands and creating yummy things with flour, eggs, sugar and all things nice (she still hates the washing though!). Things seem to fall into place when she found a licenced kitchen where she could operate from.  that was how she started on her little baking venture, and is now happily baking delicious aromatic brownies to brownie lovers in Singapore. She is very grateful to have found the 'spark' in her life - something that she is passionate about and proud of.  It brings a smile to her face when she knows her brownies are being enjoyed.
