With all your support the shala is shining brightly. Hopefully this shala can remain a place for all ashtangis in Singapore to find comfort and feel secure while taking their practice and learning the ashtanga system. Let's welcome Parhana to AYS, I got to know her on our first trip to Mysore. She is a dedicated student of Ashtanga Yoga and with her bubbly nature, you will learn this discipline with great comfort and ease. Parhana will be teaching all evening classes till mid June 2007.
